The glasses I wanted to order were out of stock, so I bought my glasses from the accessories and spare parts. That way I could also get the lite frame. So far I like them. The mirror provides a good clear view although I find them difficult to use when the sun is directly behind. Also, the lense detaches very easily from the frame and has fallen twice when trying to adjust the mirror while riding. Also disappointing that I didn’t receive a hard case because although I bought all from parts & accessories, my order was still a complete pair of glasses and I paid the same price. I reached out to the company was told no case would be provided. A customer service failure in my opinion.
The Tri-eye is a decent pair of cycling glasses and the mirror is stable as advertised. I find its utility no different than any other head mounted set-up. Seeing past my shoulder is still an issue requiring a change of posture and angling my head all of which is a distraction from the pothole in front of me
The Trieye double mirror glasses have been the best and safest glasses especially since my area is busy.
They safes my on a number of occasions already.

Use for bike riding and it's really excellent. I got the lens on both sides because I bike in the UK in the summers and didn't want to have to change out the glasses.
Let me start off by saying since I've been wearing my TriEye glasses I don't wear any other glasses I own. I have the black, blue, red, yellow, clear and now the white glasses. I truly love them and they definitely make cycling feel much safer. These are a must for any cyclist. Especially those of us who ride in the streets.
I hope they start making additional color frames. And it would be nice to have a camera in them. That option would truly have them at the top of cycling glasses.
The glasses seem good quality.
However, for my rowing the field of view is a little limited.
I have ordered another cap mount sculling mirror for the left to compare. Plus, I ordered the prescription insert, this may be helpful as my left eye is a little weaker than my right
It will take a while to get used to but I was surprised by how much you can see in the tiny mirrors. The quality of the vision and transition in the polychromic glasses is also impressive with the transition as the sun comes up basically imperceptible.
I’ve loved riding with my Tri-eye classics. After a year of using the original riding glasses I hate riding without a tri-eye mirror. Being able to have a more toned down look for rides around town has been awesome. They work great and switching from mirrored to regular lenses is a breeze.
I have been using various and assorted cycling rear view mirrors for a long time and this is the best I’ve found. These sunglasses quality of the mirror with its clarity is wonderful. Having the mirror in the glasses eliminates the need to glance elsewhere at a mitt or to see what is behind.
I also like the wraparound lenses to provide protection from the sun.
One must have for everything. I bought it for cycling, and really are great sunglasses and the mirror is super useful. it makes riding the bike easier and safer.
And for making tourism in busies cities were pick pockets are common, you have the advantage to have eyes on your back.
Really recommended :)
I purchased the classic model which only come in one size. The quality of the frames and the optics are incredibly good at this price point. My only complaint is that in order for me to have the mirror see behind me I do have to turn my head quite a bit, it would be better if the glasses were a little wider to push the mirror a little further out. Everything else is perfect, and these are very useful the way they are right now too.
Loving the clipons, ordered a spare mirror which arrived in pieces. One email and replacement sent, excellent service and product
Glasses are ok
Mirror too small
Went back to my Scott glasses
Thank you for your honest feedback Robert! We actually offer a larger mirror size that gives a wider field of view – it's available as a replacement mirror at trieye.com/collections/spare-parts-and-accessories. It might be worth trying before switching back!
Glasses are nice but the shipping was slow and the communication was inconsistent. I am unable to change the lense because the instructions online are vague. I am afraid that I will break the glasses trying to change the lense. A video tutorial would be nice.
Hi Joseph, thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad you like the glasses, and we apologize for the shipping and communication issues. We appreciate your suggestion for a video tutorial on lens changing — Here is the link: https://trieye.com/pages/help-classic-change-lens
Best regards Camilla
Took some getting used to looking through the mirror but the fit is great and they look sharp. I am very happy with my purchase
It took a little work to get the mirror sited in but once I did I had clear rear view. Glad I finally bought them after looking at them for over a year. Highly recommend Trieye.
I don’t normally write reviews for products, but I’m writing this one because these riding glasses really work, I received them went for my first ride it took some time, and adjusting, but on my second ride I have them dialed in, they’re great.
