Nació de un susto: el fundador Carsten Juell Fongen circulaba en bicicleta por las montañas noruegas cuando su hijo le golpeó por detrás. Elige tu lente. Cinco familias de lentes en tonos ahumados y transparentes:
- Standard (transparente o ahumada) — protección UV para el día a día, desde $89.
- High Contrast — realza la definición con luz plana y cielos cubiertos.
- Reflective — acabado espejado que corta el deslumbramiento en días de mucho sol.
- Polarized — elimina los reflejos en carreteras mojadas y superficies de agua.
- Photochromic — se oscurece automáticamente; una sola lente para luz cambiante (rangos 0–2 y 0–3).
Las especificaciones. Protección UV400. Montura TR90 ligera y flexible. Escudo único de cobertura envolvente. Espejo integrado en la lente izquierda, la derecha o en ambas (dual). Dos tallas de montura: S·140 y M·145. Las lentes The View Sharp y Original son intercambiables entre monturas The View siempre que sean de la misma talla.

¿En qué lado va el espejo? Tú eliges — lente izquierda, lente derecha o ambas (dual). El espejo único es más ligero; el dual cubre los dos lados.
¿Cuál es la diferencia entre polarizada y fotocromática? La lente Polarized bloquea los reflejos de carreteras mojadas y agua (tinte fijo). La Photochromic se oscurece y aclara automáticamente según cambia la luz, de modo que una sola lente te sirve del amanecer al anochecer.
¿Puedo cambiar las lentes más adelante? Sí — las lentes son intercambiables entre monturas The View, y las lentes de repuesto se venden por separado.
¿Qué talla debo elegir? M·145 es el ajuste estándar; S·140 se adapta mejor a rostros más pequeños.
