Match the side the traffic passes you on. Riding where traffic keeps right, as in the US and most of Europe, you want the left mirror. Where traffic keeps left, as in the UK and Australia, you want the right. This page sorts that out automatically based on your country.
It sits in the lower outer corner of the lens, out of your line of sight until you glance at it, the same way a car’s side mirror works. Most riders say they stopped noticing it during their very first ride.
The View doesn’t fit over regular glasses, but TriEye makes a prescription lens insert that sits behind the lens. Contact lenses work perfectly too.
The 0–3 lens in the Performance Kit is our Full Spectrum lens: in lab testing it measures across categories 0–4, and in real-world conditions it reaches a solid category 3, going from clear to a full sunglasses tint on its own.
