Returns & Warranty
We want returns to be simple and predictable. Please read the information below carefully before starting a return.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
All returns must be registered through our return portal.

Return eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Item must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Items returned without being registered through the return portal will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in resalable condition. If an item is returned damaged, shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, or is missing parts, accessories, or packaging, a partial refund may be issued or the refund may be declined if the item cannot be resold.
If a returned item is deemed unsellable, we will document its condition and contact you with further details.
We recommend taking photos of the item before shipping it back. This may be helpful if damage occurs during return transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product via the return portal. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
