Put on the glasses
Make sure they sit level and comfortable on your nose and ears. The mirror works best when the frame is level.
Tilt the mirror
Adjust the ball-and-socket gimbal with your fingertip until you see your own cheek and shoulder. Pause if you can — easier to fine-tune at a standstill.
See behind you
A tiny flick of your eye — 5–10° — and you see what's behind you in your peripheral vision. Without taking your eyes off where you're going.

Yes. The View comes in left-mirror, right-mirror, or dual-mirror configurations — pick whichever side feels more natural for you to glance at. Most runners go with a single mirror on their dominant-eye side.
The TR90 frame is light (under 30g) and the nosepad + temple tips are designed to stay put through high-impact movement. Most runners forget they're wearing them within the first kilometre.
The View comes in two sizes: Medium (M · 145mm temple width) and Small (S · 140mm temple width). Medium fits most adults. If you have a narrower face or prefer a tighter fit during high-pace efforts, choose Small.
30-day returns. The TR90 frame has adjustable nosepads, but if the fit isn't right we'd rather you exchange or refund than run with a pair that doesn't feel right.
